Bieszczady Mountains

Bieszczady Mountains is a mountain range that forms the western part of the Eastern Beskids. Bieszczady Mountains is divided into: Western Bieszczady and Eastern Bieszczady. Western Bieszczady lie on the territory of three countries: Poland, Slovakia, and Ukraine. The highest peak of the Polish part of the mountains is Tarnica. It is 1346 metres high. In the Polish part there is also the Bieszczady National Park. It is the third biggest National Park in Poland. About 80% of the area of the park is covered by forests.
